Copyright & DMCA

This Copyright & DMCA Policy explains how Pinzari LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles copyright concerns and DMCA takedown notices related to content on our website.

We respect intellectual property rights. Humans make things, other humans steal them, and then everyone gets mad. This page is the “don’t make it weird” rulebook.

1) Copyright Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the following are owned by Pinzari LLC or properly licensed to us:

  • Website design, layout, and code

  • Logos, brand elements, and graphics

  • Product photos and product page content (text/images)

  • Any original blog or informational content on the site

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or commercially use our content without written permission.

2) User-Submitted Content (If Applicable)

If our site allows reviews, uploads, forms, or other user submissions, you agree that:

  • You own the rights to what you submit, or you have permission to use it.

  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity).

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the content as needed to operate the site (for example: showing a product review).

We reserve the right to remove content that appears to violate rights or policies.

3) DMCA Takedown Notice (How to Report Infringement)

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice with the information below. Incomplete notices may be delayed or rejected.

(include the exact URL(s) where it appears)

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law

4) What Happens After We Receive a Valid DMCA Notice

After receiving a complete and valid notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, and/or

  • Contact the user responsible for the content (if applicable), and/or

  • Request additional information if needed for verification

We may also maintain records of DMCA notices for legal and compliance purposes.

5) DMCA Counter-Notice (If You Believe Content Was Removed by Mistake)

If you believe your content was removed incorrectly, you may submit a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice Must Include

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email

  2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal (URL)

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification

  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Send counter-notices to the same DMCA contact above.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action within the time allowed under the DMCA.

6) Repeat Infringers

If we determine that a user repeatedly posts infringing content (where user submissions are allowed), we may:

  • suspend or terminate access, and/or

  • permanently restrict posting privileges,
    without further notice.

7) Trademark Complaints (Not DMCA)

DMCA is specifically for copyright. If your concern is about trademark (brand names, logos, confusion), contact us with:

  • your trademark details,

  • the exact URL(s),

  • and what you want corrected.

We review trademark issues separately from DMCA requests.
