We ship physical products to customers in the United States and selected international destinations (where available at checkout). This page explains our processing schedule, shipping timelines, flat-rate fees, and delivery expectations in plain language.
Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is calculated as a single flat-rate charge per order at checkout.

Order Cutoff Time
Daily Cutoff: 5:00 PM (local business time)

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are counted as received that same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM are counted as received the next business day.

Weekends and major holidays are not considered business days.
Processing Time
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
This is the time we need to:

confirm payment,

prepare and pack your order,

and hand it off to the carrier.

If an order requires verification (rare but possible), it may add a short delay. If that happens, we’ll contact you.

This is the carrier transit time after the package is handed off.
Delivery speed depends on:

Example timeline

Order placed Monday 3:00 PM → Processing Monday–Tuesday → Ships Tuesday/Wednesday → Delivered by Friday–next Monday (typical).
Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email used at checkout.

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failure caused by:

incomplete/incorrect addresses,

missing apartment/unit numbers,
-
forwarding issues, or
-
recipient unavailability.
If you notice an error right after placing the order, contact us ASAP. If the order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to:

peak season volume,

customs processing (international),

or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

Check around your delivery area and with household members/neighbors.

Contact the carrier with the tracking number.

If you still can’t locate it, contact us so we can assist.
Returned to Sender / Undeliverable
If a package is returned due to an address issue or delivery refusal:

We can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply), or

process it under our Returns/Refunds Policy once it returns and is inspected.
