Return & Refund Guidelines

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

By placing an order, you agree to the guidelines below.


1) Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date (based on carrier tracking).

  • Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible.

  • For items damaged in transit or received defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix it quickly.


2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging (if applicable)

  • Free from damage not caused by shipping

We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of heavy use, missing parts, or altered condition.


3) Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked Final Sale (if stated on the product page)

  • Items returned damaged due to misuse

  • Items with missing components not caused by shipping

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

4) How to Start a Return

Email us with the following:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

If approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and the return address.


5) Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

    • a defective item,

    • damage in transit, or

    • an incorrect item sent by us.

We do not reimburse return shipping costs for “changed my mind” returns.

Important: We do not provide prepaid return labels unless required by law or explicitly offered for a specific case.


6) Refund Amounts

Refunds are typically issued for the item price only.

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable (except when the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective/damaged item).

  • If your order had discounts, refunds are adjusted to reflect the discounted amount paid.


7) Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection takes 1–3 business days

  • Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days

  • The time for funds to appear depends on your bank/payment provider (often a few additional days)

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (PayPal or card via Stripe).


8) Exchanges

We generally do not process direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, the fastest method is:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible), then

  2. Place a new order.

If your request is due to damage/defect/wrong item, contact us and we’ll handle it properly without wasting your time.


9) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your item arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective,

  • or not what you ordered,

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the item,

  • the packaging,

  • and the shipping label (if possible).

We will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • replacement,

  • partial refund,

  • full refund,
    depending on the situation.


10) Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process (if eligible).


11) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can restrict future ordering.
