These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store operated by Pinzari LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site.


1) Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this site and make purchases.


2) Products & Availability

  • We sell physical products through our online store.

  • Product descriptions and photos are provided for general reference. Minor variations may occur (lighting, screen color differences, packaging updates).

  • Inventory availability may change at any time. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.


3) Pricing, Taxes, and Checkout

Pricing

  • Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

  • We may correct pricing errors, typos, or inaccurate listings at any time (including after an order is placed). If that happens, we will contact you with options (confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a refund).

Sales Tax

  • Sales Tax: 0% is currently applied at checkout.

  • If tax rules change or become applicable, the correct tax will be shown at checkout before payment is submitted.


4) Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure third-party processors:

  • PayPal

  • Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe

You authorize us (or our processors) to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.


5) Shipping Fee, Cutoff Time, and Delivery Timelines

Shipping Fee

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order (unless otherwise shown at checkout).

Order Cutoff Time

  • Daily cutoff: 5:00 PM (local business time)

  • Orders placed after the cutoff are treated as next business day orders.

Processing Time (Order Preparation)

  • 1–2 business days

Shipping Time (In-Transit)

  • 3–5 business days

Total Delivery Time

  • 4–7 business days under normal conditions (under 8 days).

Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak season volume, or other factors outside our control.


6) Order Status, Cancellations, and Refusals

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once processing starts or the order ships, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process (if eligible).

Order Refusal / Cancellation by Us

We may cancel or refuse an order if necessary, including for:

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity,

  • shipping restrictions or address issues,

  • pricing/listing errors,

  • inventory issues (out of stock).

If we cancel an order after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


7) Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund rules are outlined in our Return & Refund Guidelines and are incorporated into these Terms.

Key points:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Damage/defect/wrong item issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (with photos).

  • Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify (unless defective/damaged).

  • Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.


8) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay resolution and can result in account restrictions.


9) Accounts, User Conduct, and Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service,

  • submit false order/payment information,

  • scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with site security,

  • upload malicious code or attempt fraud.

We may suspend or block access for violations.


10) Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, branding, logos, graphics, product content, design, and layout) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without written permission.


11) Third-Party Services & Links

Our checkout uses third-party providers (PayPal and Stripe). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or content linked from our site.


12) Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted site access or error-free operation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.


13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinzari LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the item(s) in the order giving rise to the claim.


14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinzari LLC from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
